As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve every day, we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers and team members is our absolute priority. We care deeply about doing what we can to keep everyone safe during these unprecedented times.


Some of our small team are now working remotely, and, we have implemented strict protocols in place for our shipping department, taking extra measures to ensure that everyone stays safe. 


Shipping Delays: Please note that delivery may take a little longer than usual as our carriers have also had to implement changes to accommodate the current restrictions. We apologise for any inconvenience our current delays may cause and thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. 

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. While this has not affected domestic deliveries, international deliveries have been severely impacted. In light of the circumstances, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend all international orders. We will resume international shipping as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
